Business Consulting was involved in the management process at Lakma Strefa Sp. z o. o. in the scope of analyzing the profitability of investing in a new technological line for production purposes in the field of household chemicals products. Business Consulting analysts and advisors prepared a business plan, which was used as a tool to make a strategic decision to purchase a new line by the Company's Management Board and its owners.
